Pick one with a good Shalosh Seudit.
From my youth, I fondly remember Shabbos afternoon at shul. Mincha, followed by Shalosh Seudit, followed by "Ma'ariv at the proper time." The rabbi would present a topic (in summer, we read Pirkei Avos) and we'd sing Benching together.
To this day, I hear Sam Weinstein's booming voice announcing the page number for Mincha (437) and later, Ma'ariv (191).
